Building #22 Renovation
The first exterior remodel, setting the design and architectural pallet for the village. All new cedar siding with a stone wainscot around the base of the building. All new windows with a mesa red trim, drawn from the deep colors of the Central Oregon high desert. Lower metal accent roofs matching the mesa red windows address the entries at the pedestrian level, providing a new character for the mall.
