Ice Rink
Centrally located, the Ice rink is a major venue for the Village. To incorporate the importance and presence of this recreational activity in the village, the roof structure will be elevated 6 feet over the rink, exposing the rink and creating more views and connection with the outdoors and viewing areas. All other minor buildings attached have been demolished to incorporate new uses and facilities for the rink. Which include, a new grand entry, skate rental facility, zamboni garage and storage, public restrooms, and a warming hut with a viewing area and warmth of a fire place. Exterior viewing areas are provided with seating and fireplaces to create an outdoor interaction and experience.
