The exterior remodel of Retail Row expresses the new look and vision of the mall. All new cedar siding, with a clear stain, gives the buildings a fresh look. Native stone from central Oregon accents the building facade and adds a sense of presence to the site and grounds the buildings. The stone is incorporated all the way around each building with a 2’ wainscot. As well as, massive stone columns along the covered walkway. The remodel is complete with new windows, doors, trim work, fascia, and composition roof shingles. The dormers have been stripped and finished with cedar shingles to finish off the three buildings.
