The Neighborhood Consulting Company (NCC) was established in 2001 by current President Katy Syko in order to refine communities not only in her backyard but worldwide. NCC’s services include acquisition, site planning, operational evaluation, community outreach, final planning, developer turnover and support services. NCC works with developers to establish the legal and operational framework for master associations to ensure efficient and effective community operations that meet the greater good of the community.
These master associations operate the common functions of these communities, manage operating and capital expenditure budgets and manage events throughout the year that attract visitors and maximize revenue for retail operators. Our ultimate goal is to refine the art of creating a unique and diverse community. We are inspired by the existing neighborhoods and utilize the spirit of the community in order to forward a vision for the future that is embedded into every detail leading to increased owner satisfaction.
