Kevin is one of the founding members of Jacobs Chase Frick Kleinkopf & Kelley, LLC, a Denver based law firm specializing in resort real estate and commercial litigation. Kevin's practice is focused on the development of mixed-use, master planned resort communities and condominium hotels. He assists his clients in structuring land use, zoning and other entitlements, community organization and governance, infrastructure development and building construction, marketing and sales, and leasing and finance.
