We have designed a flexible plan based on a traditional Main Street concept, linking public pedestrian squares where people can gather. During large-scale events, vehicular access to Main Street can be blocked to provide larger gathering spaces. During the slower times of the year when occupancy is lower, vehicular access can be provided to improve accessibility to retail spaces and help to drive sales and promote a healthy and sustainable community. The Village at Sunriver has the opportunity to revitalize the community and make the town center the exciting place it deserves to be.
