The Brothers McKay kept me spellbound; I can’t remember a book I have I enjoyed reading more than this wild ride of a story. Only Craig Johnson could write a brilliant mystery set in Wyoming, make it an homage to Dostoevsky’s Brothers Karamazov, throw in references to Oscar Wild, Sherlock Holmes and sundry others, set it during a raging wild fire, and have moments it is laugh out loud funny.  Sheriff Walt Longmire has a murder to solve while trying to survive an inferno of epic proportions!
